1. Introduction

Snowlet is an intelligent personal life visualization application that helps users understand the interesting side of everyday life through their own data.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Snowlet may access, how that information is used, where it is stored, and what choices users have.

Snowlet is published under the personal developer account of Ping Zhao and developed under the DFLY Studio brand.

Before using Snowlet for the first time, please read this Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Information Snowlet May Access

Depending on the functions selected and the permissions granted by the user, Snowlet may access or process the following information:

• Information entered voluntarily by the user.
• Daily records, including food, mood and lifestyle information.
• Step count and other authorised health-related data.
• Device screen-time and application-usage statistics.
• The list and identifiers of applications installed on the device.
• Photos or images selected voluntarily by the user.
• Voice input when the user actively uses a voice function.
• Places and relationship information entered voluntarily by the user.

Snowlet does not require users to create an account for its current local functions.

3. How Information Is Used

Information is used only to provide features requested by the user, including:

• Daily statistics and personal life summaries.
• Personal life-data visualization.
• Nutrition and lifestyle analysis.
• Step-count and activity summaries.
• Screen-time summaries and application-usage analysis.
• Information Train visualization.
• Footprint, object and relationship records.
• Optional intelligent assistance in future versions.

Snowlet does not use personal information for behavioural advertising, data brokerage or the sale of personal information.

4. App Usage Information

4.1 Usage Access

Snowlet may request permission to access application-usage statistics. This information is used to calculate daily screen time, generate aggregated usage summaries and create the Information Train visualization.

Detailed application-usage information is processed locally on the device. The ordinary interface primarily presents aggregated summaries, recent results and leading applications rather than publicly displaying all detailed records.

A more detailed application-information page may be available only through a hidden developer mode for testing and advanced personal analysis. This information remains local and is not publicly disclosed.

4.2 Installed Application List

Snowlet may read the installed application list to identify application names, group similar applications and classify them for screen-time summaries and visualization.

The installed application list is not used for advertising, user profiling or sale to third parties.

5. Health and Activity Data

Where supported and authorised, Snowlet may read health or activity information such as step count through system or platform services, including services provided by Android, Huawei or Apple.

Health and activity data is used only to display personal statistics and support user-requested lifestyle visualization. Snowlet does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment or emergency services.

Access to health data is optional and requires the user's permission. Users may continue to enter relevant information manually where this option is available.

6. Data Storage and Security

In the current version, personal records created in Snowlet are stored locally on the user's device.

DFLY Studio does not operate a server that stores the user's personal life database. Local data may be removed if the user deletes records, clears the application's storage or uninstalls the application.

Users are responsible for maintaining suitable device security and for backing up information they wish to retain.

7. Optional AI Features

Future versions of Snowlet may offer optional AI-powered functions. These functions will require an Internet connection.

When a user actively chooses to use an AI function, the text, voice, image or limited contextual information necessary to answer the current request may be transmitted to a selected third-party AI service provider.

Snowlet will not automatically upload the user's complete historical life database to an AI service. Only information required for the user-initiated request should be transmitted.

Third-party AI providers may process submitted information according to their own privacy policies and service terms. This Privacy Policy will be updated when specific AI services are formally introduced.

8. Third-Party Services

Snowlet may rely on operating-system or platform services for functions such as application-usage statistics, health data, voice input, image selection or future AI processing.

These services are governed by the privacy policies and terms of their respective providers. DFLY Studio does not control the independent data practices of third-party providers.

9. Permissions

Snowlet may request permissions including:

• Usage Access.
• Access to the installed application list.
• Physical-activity or health-data access.
• Microphone access for user-initiated voice functions.
• Photo or media access when the user selects an image.
• Internet access for functions that require an online service.

Permissions are requested only when required for a relevant function. Users may refuse or revoke permissions through device settings, although certain functions may then be unavailable.

10. Advertising and Sale of Data

Snowlet does not display third-party advertising in its current version.

DFLY Studio does not sell, rent or trade users' personal information.

11. Children's Privacy

Snowlet is suitable for a general audience but is not designed exclusively for children.

DFLY Studio does not knowingly operate a service intended to collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians should supervise a child's use of the application where required by local law.

12. User Rights and Data Deletion

Users may:

• Choose which optional information to enter.
• Decline or revoke device permissions.
• Edit or delete records within the application.
• Clear the application's local storage.
• Uninstall the application to remove locally stored application data.
• Contact DFLY Studio with a privacy question or request.

Because current personal records are stored locally and are not held on a DFLY Studio server, DFLY Studio may not be able to recover or remotely delete data stored only on the user's device.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Snowlet introduces new functions, integrates a new service or changes its data practices.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated within the application or through an applicable app-store listing.

四、应用使用信息

4.1 应用使用情况访问权限

雪粒可能请求访问应用使用统计的权限。相关信息用于计算每日屏幕时间、生成聚合后的使用摘要，以及绘制“信息列车”可视化内容。

详细的应用使用信息仅在设备本地处理。普通界面主要显示聚合结果、近期数据和排名靠前的应用，而不会默认向外公开全部详细记录。

更详细的应用信息页面可能仅通过隐藏的开发者模式开放，用于测试及高级个人分析。这些信息仍保留在本地，不会公开披露。

4.2 已安装应用列表

雪粒可能读取设备中的已安装应用列表，用于识别应用名称、合并同类应用，并对应用进行分类，以生成屏幕时间摘要和可视化结果。

已安装应用列表不会用于广告、用户画像或向第三方出售。

五、健康与活动数据

在设备支持且用户授权的情况下，雪粒可能通过 Android、华为或苹果等系统或平台服务读取步数等健康或活动数据。

健康与活动数据仅用于显示个人统计及用户主动使用的生活数据可视化。雪粒不提供医疗诊断、医疗治疗或紧急救助服务。

健康数据权限属于可选权限，必须经用户授权。相关功能允许时，用户也可以选择手动录入数据。

六、数据存储与安全

在当前版本中，用户在雪粒中创建的个人记录保存在用户自己的设备中。

DFLY Studio 不运营用于保存用户个人生活数据库的服务器。用户删除记录、清除应用存储或卸载应用时，本地数据可能被删除。

用户应妥善保护自己的设备，并自行备份希望长期保留的信息。

七、可选 AI 功能

雪粒未来版本可能提供可选的 AI 智能功能。此类功能需要联网使用。

只有当用户主动使用 AI 功能时，为完成当前请求所必需的文本、语音、图片或有限的上下文信息，才可能传输给用户所选择的第三方 AI 服务提供商。

雪粒不会自动把用户完整的历史生活数据库上传至 AI 服务。原则上仅发送处理当前用户请求所需要的信息。

第三方 AI 服务提供商可能按照其自身的隐私政策和服务条款处理用户提交的信息。雪粒正式接入具体 AI 服务时，本隐私政策将同步更新。

八、第三方服务

雪粒可能依赖操作系统或平台服务提供应用使用统计、健康数据、语音输入、图片选择或未来的 AI 处理功能。

这些服务受相应服务提供商的隐私政策和服务条款约束。DFLY Studio 无法控制第三方服务提供商独立的数据处理行为。

九、权限说明

雪粒可能请求以下权限：

用户可以：

• 在应用内编辑或删除记录。
• 清除应用的本地存储数据。
